Mindfulness One-to-Ones

The purpose of mindfulness coaching is to help bring out the peace and clarity that already exists within you, underneath any stress or overwhelm.

In each session you will learn simple body-centred mindfulness and compassion meditation techniques, and explore how to tailor these to your individual lifestyle.

It is recommended that you come for one initial session to see if it's a good fit, then further appointments as is helpful.
