The purpose of mindfulness coaching is to bring out the peace and inspiration that already exists within you, underneath any stress or overwhelm.
In each session you will learn simple mindfulness and compassion meditation techniques, and explore how to tailor these to your individual lifestyle.
It is recommended that you come for one initial session to see if it's a good fit, then further appointments as is helpful.
1-1s help with life path and soul purpose, and specific issues such as anxiety, depression, phobias, chronic pain, trauma and relationship problems.
